Academic Technology
Responsible for academic technologies and support including Moodle, Elluminate, video production and streaming, and smart classrooms. Work with faculty to make effective use of technology in teaching and to assist in designing online and hybrid learning activities. Also responsible to work with faculty and staff to design accessible websites and learning materials.
Administration & User Support Services
Responsible for the financial, HR and administrative functions of the IT division. Also responsible for IT Help Center, desktop support and training services in support of faculty, students, and staff.
Infrastructure Services
Responsible for the network, data center, and systems infrastructure, including email and enterprise directory management.
Information Systems
Responsible for information systems including the University’s SOLAR, DARS, and the myNorthridge Portal.
