Academic Technology
Responsible for academic technologies and support including WebCT, Elluminate, video production and streaming, and smart classrooms. Work with faculty to make effective use of technology in teaching and to assist in designing online and hybrid learning activities. Also responsible to work with faculty and staff to design accessible websites and learning materials.
Administration & User Support Services
Responsible for the financial, HR and administrative functions of the IT division. Also responsible for help desk, desktop support and training services in support of faculty, students, and staff.
Business Continuity
Responsible for planning the availability of computing and other resources necessary to carry on the mission of the University.
Information Security
Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and data integrity of the University’s information assets.
Infrastructure Services
Responsible for the network, data center, and systems infrastructure, including email and enterprise directory management.
Project Management & Application Development Services
Responsible for the project management of IT initiatives, including the University’s SOLAR, DARS, and MyNorthridge.project management.
