She transitioned from Mitch Englander’s office into the Department right around the time sexual harassment charges were filed with the City of Los Angeles. Professor Nanci Carr was interviewed recently about her latest article in the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.  In the article, she discusses whether "advantage play" is different from cheating in casino gambling and considers whether this issue might prompt further regulation of the gambling industry.
