Demystifying Diets - Plant-Based Diet

In this workshop, participants will learn how to investigate and interpret evidence-based research on the plant-based as it relates to cancer. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and staff will discuss the latest evidence-based research on the benefits of following a plant-based diet, demystify the differences between plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, among others with their impact on cancer and health. We will go over how to grow your own fruits highlighting citrus, and recipes to incorporate into your diet. |
