Partnered with the Marilyn Magaram Center, Chef Harold Avila will teach about broth and stocks and the techniques of how to make them. As well as applying that knowledge into how they are the base for soups and sauces.Attendees will be provided the recipes and ingredients to cook along or watch and enjoy the demonstration. |
