CHRS Training

Training is required based on roles and access to certain functions within the CHRS Module.  If you have been assigned a specific role, you will receive an email notifying you that you are required to complete training.

If you need a refresher or have recently undertaken a CHRS user role, please reach out to us and we will provide the necessary training.

CHRS-R00 | CHRS Recruitment System Overview

CHRS-R01 | Opening a Job Requisition

This course is intended for department coordinators to learn about opening a job requisition in CHRS recruitment. Prerequisite: Please view CHRS-R00 before attending your R01 session.

This course is intended for department coordinators who currently manage recruitments. Prerequisite: Please view CHRS-R00 before attending your R01 session.

    • Finalizing Applicants

This course will show employees how to approve recruitments. This class is intended for department chairs and administrators at the department or division level who approve recruitments.
