Reporting a Hazing Incident

CSU Anti-Hazing Policy

All members of the university community have a responsibility to prevent, stop and report hazing. If you have witnessed or experienced hazing, you can make a report by submitting the Student Organizations Incident Report or contacting the offices and departments listed below.

CSUN’s ability to effectively address incidents of hazing and enforce our Code of Student Conduct relies heavily on the accuracy and detail of the information provided. We encourage you to provide as much specific information as possible (e.g., location, dates, times, description of activity, participants, etc.) so that the University can take appropriate action in a timely manner.

For reporting purposes, you have the option to complete the Student Organizations Incident Report anonymously, though it could make it difficult for University officials to conduct a thorough investigation of the incident without the ability to contact the source of the report.
