Why Study Leadership Through Adventure at CSUN?

You'll develop leadership skills through both formal and informal learning opportunities, combining theory and practice. You'll put leadership into practice through involvement in on-campus or off-campus leadership opportunities.

The minor develops leadership through a rigorous self-assessment process, an understanding of current research in leadership studies and experiential learning requirements in the classroom.
