Institutional Loans are non-federal loans offered by the University to bridge the gap between other aid and full cost of attendance.
You may contact us for information regarding current and past institutional loan information for Federal Perkins and California Dream Loan Program.
California Dream Loan Program is designed to provided eligible AB540 students with options to borrow loans to help cover the cost of attending a California State University https://www.csun.edu/financialaid/california-dream-loan-program

Deferment and cancellation forms are located on the ECSI website.

Students that miss paying a bill, must contact ECSI immediately.
