This workshop is a great opportunity for outgoing and incoming officers to learn how to effectively transition out of or into a position within a club/organization!
The Leadership Transition Workshop will cover the benefits of becoming a club officer, why it is important to have a transition process, important materials and people to include in the transition process, different methods for transitioning officers into your club/organization, an 'Officer To-Do' list, and additional resources to support this process.
