Meet The Clubs is a collaborative program and recruitment fair to showcase CSUN student organizations and various university departments. This program's main objective is to welcome CSUN students and familiarize them with opportunities to get involved through student organizations and educate them about campus programs and services.
Date: Tuesday & Wednesday | January 28th & 29th

Meet the Clubs Participation Requirements
All eligible student organizations whose President is on file with the MIC will be emailed an RSVP form to confirm their interest in participating at the Spring 2025 Meet the Clubs. To be eligible to participate, student organizations need to have completed the following requirements:- Be a Recognized Student Organization and "Active" on Matasync
- Have attended the MIC 2024 Leadership Conference OR make-up sessions
If student organizations did not complete BOTH requirements listed above, they will not be eligible to participate.
If you are the President of a student organization that fulfilled both requirements and did not receive the RSVP form, please email micclubs@csun.edu
The deadline for eligible student organizations to RSVP for the Spring 2025 Meet the Clubs is Friday, January 24th by 11:59PM.
Guidelines
Important Notice:
- Tents will NOT be provided for Spring Meet the Clubs. If you wish to bring your own tent, please have a printed Certificate of Fabric Flame Resistance for the tent displayed at all times on the table. Tents must be weighed at the corners using only concrete or sand ballast. Please see Guidelines for example of Certificate.
