Putnam Exam

The William Lowell Putnam Competition is a prestigiouos nationwide mathematics exam for undergraduate students. The exam usually takes place the first Saturday of December each year. If you are an undergraduate student at CSUN and would like to take the exam in 2010 please contact me.

Problem Solving

If you like puzzles or the challenge of solving an interesting nontraditional mathematics problem then be part of the "Problem Solving Group".
This can give you the opportunity to see your name on one of the Mathematical Association of America journals (the Mathematics Magazine or the College Mathematics Journal).
