The SRC offers several Lunch Time Express group exercise classes to all faculty and staff. These classes are free and you do not have to have an SRC membership to participate. Come join SRC members on your lunch break to pursue your wellness goals. This program is offered as part of the CSUN HR Professional Development program. Look for classes marked with the red sun icon on the group exercise class schedule.
To register for your free Lunch Time Express membership, please visit the front desk of the SRC and ask for a supervisor at least 30 minutes* prior to the class start time. Be sure to know your CSUN username, password, and ID number. Please note that you will only need to register one time and thereafter, may enter the SRC and go straight to pick up your class pass at the Total Training Zone desk.
*Registration can be done at any time so feel free to visit the SRC as soon as possible.
How to sign up for Lunch Time Express classes online once you have registered at the SRC:
Log in to your MINDBODY account with your chosen username and password on the SRC MINDBODY Online Portal.
Note: If you do not have a MINDBODY account, you will need to create an account on the SRC MINDBODY Online Portal and purchase a "SRC COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES" package for $0.00 before being able to sign-up for any classes. This package only needs to be purchased once through the lifetime of the account.
Choose a Lunch Time Express class from the schedule and click the “Sign Up Now” button. Online registration opens one day in advance and will close 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Only in-person registration will be accepted from that point at the Total Training Zone desk.
Pick up a class pass at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one hour prior to your Lunch Time Express class start time to claim your registered spot.
Note: Failure to claim your pass 10 minutes prior to the class start time will result in you automatically forfeiting your registered spot and you will be required to wait in the stand-by line for potential remaining availability.
