Pilates Reformer Series

Pilates Reformer I

Reform your body with the Peak Pilates reformer series. The reformer is an apparatus with a sliding carriage, adjustable spring tension and straps that allow the body to work with improved alignment break, habituated movement patterns and develop strength and flexibility. The moveable surface of the reformer requires that the mind and body work together to stabilize, coordinate and control movement.

Pilates Reformer II

The reformer is an apparatus with a sliding carriage, adjustable spring tension and straps. In addition to the moving carriage, the jumpboard is added for a progressive workout. The reformer and jumpboard combined creates a low-impact, total-body, cardio, and core-strengthening workout. Experience an aerobic workout on the reformer! Participants must have attended at least 80% of the Pilates Reformer I series in order to enroll in this course.

Pilates Reformer III

This series combines the use of the Pilates reformer and tower system expanding beyond the basic pilates repertoire and is designed for individuals that can successfully demonstrate proper alignment and core stability. It is faster paced with a high level of coordination and involves complex choreography. Participants must have attended at least 80% of the Pilates Reformer II series in order to enroll in this course.

Pilates Reformer (IV) Flow

Pilates Reformer (IV) Flow is a compilation of four different Pilates formats: chair, reformer, jump board and tower. Pilates allows the body to work with improved alignment, break habituated movement patterns and develop strength and flexibility. Pilates requires the mind and body to work together to stabilize, coordinate and control movement. Pilates is a powerful way of training the body for improvements in stability, strength, flexibility and movement efficiency. Each week will include similar Pilates exercises on each specialized equipment.

Sign up at the Membership Services Desk Monday, Nov. 3 – Sunday, Nov. 9.
Series will begin Monday, Nov. 10 and end Thursday, Dec. 18.
Price: $18 for students, $36 for non-students.
All classes will be held in the Inspiration Studio.

Pilates Reformer I with Amber
Tuesday and Thursday, 9 – 9:55 a.m.
Classes will be canceled on Nov. 11, 25 and 27.

Pilates Reformer I with Jennifer
Monday and Wednesday, 2:35 – 3:30 p.m.
Classes will be canceled on Nov. 17, 24 and 26.

Pilates Reformer III* with Jennifer

Monday and Wednesday, 1:30 – 2:25 p.m.
Classes will be canceled on Nov. 17, 24 and 26.

Pilates Reformer IV (Flow)* with Jennifer
Monday and Wednesday, 3:40 – 4:35 p.m.
Classes will be canceled on Nov. 17, 24 and 26.

*Participants must have attended at least 80% of classes from the previous level in order to participate in this course.


TRX® Yoga Series

TRX® Yoga Fusion

Make a huge contribution to your stability, durability and all-around movement with this five-week TRX® Yoga Fusion series. The TRX® suspension trainer is designed to leverage gravity and your bodyweight in order to perform various yoga based exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by just simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Break down tension while building upper and lower body strength and mobility, with this yoga inspired TRX® workout, boasting several never-before-seen TRX® moves, for all ability levels.

TRX® Yoga Flow

This series takes the fundamental movements broken down in TRX® Yoga Fusion series and puts them into action. TRX® Yoga Flow consists of fast-paced transitions between yoga poses on TRX® suspension trainers that are driven by the breath. Participants will experience improved cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall mobility. So be prepared to sweat and have fun! Participants must have attended at least 80% of the TRX® Yoga Fusion series in order to enroll in this course.
