The Master of Social Work Department invites you to the 11th Annual We Are Power: Community In Action Conference (previously known as Diversity Day). Our theme this year is Carcerality Rules Everything Around Me (C.R.E.A.M.): Understanding Forms of Carcerality & Rebuilding Relationships. Please join the Department of Africana Studies, in association with the Department of Cinema and Television Arts, for a reception and screening of the documentary film "And I Danced" followed by a Q&A with writer and director Chris Martin from Kid N Play.
