Welcome to the Klotz Gender Affirming Care Clinic!
The Klotz Student Health Center provides gender affirming medical services. Below is a list of gender affirming care services available onsite at Klotz:
- Consultation with physician to discuss personal goals
- Initiation of gender affirming hormone therapy
- Maintenance of gender affirming hormone therapy
- Laboratory testing
- Prescriptions and injection supplies
- Routine sexual and reproductive health services (Cervical Cancer Screening, STI testing, PrEP/PEP, contraception, etc.)
- Hormone self- injection training and nurse administration of hormone injections, if requested
- Information on:
- Voice and communication therapy
- Surgery
- Fertility preservation
- Hair removal
- Referrals to University Counseling Services for mental health services are available
