Staff Resources

The various traumas of our world have had significant impacts on many staff members' personal and professional life.  These include juggling competing priorities, transforming practices from in-person to virtual and the ongoing fears related to one’s overall wellbeing. In addition, these impacts have not been equal. Those with caregiving duties are struggling without the support of daycare, school, or senior centers for older relatives, and this tends to have disproportionately affected women. The stress that diverse communities face in more normal times is greatly heightened. Whatever your lived experience might be, you are not alone.

To help address these unwanted consequences, we have provided resources below that are intended to help you explore the various impacts you and or your loved ones might be experiencing, tips and insights into coping strategies, and links to resources that we hope will help you over time.
