The various traumas of our world have thrust higher education into unchartered waters with challenges impacting all facets of the institution.  It has resulted in many administrators feeling stressed and exhausted.  From the emergency remote reinvention to the reworkings of in-person classes, you have been working harder and faster to lead and keep up with the ever-changing challenges.  These impacts have not been equal. Those with caregiving duties are struggling without the support of daycare, school, or senior centers for older relatives, and this tends to have disproportionately affected women. The stress that women, Black, brown, gay, nonbinary, and disabled students face in more normal times is greatly heightened.  You are not alone
