Report an Incident
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to report any incidents that violate the Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy to the Office of Equity & Compliance. Faculty and staff who are classified as responsible employees have a duty to report if they know, or should know, that an incident of discrimination, harassment (including sex-based harassment under Title IX), or retaliation has occurred.
Confidential Resources
On- and off-campus confidential resources are available for individuals who have experienced discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation. Confidential resources can provide support and referrals to additional resources. These resources are not required to report to the Office of Equity & Compliance.
Prevention and Education
Prevention staff within the Office of Equity & Compliance are available to support your events, provide educational workshops and compliance-based trainings, and provide educational materials and consultation. All campus community members can reach out to request services.
