The Ethnic Studies Education Pathways Project (ESEPP) presents “Activists Against Orientalism & War” on Monday, March 7th, 2022 at 7pm (PST), a discussion between two nationally renowned Los Angeles artist activists Tanzila “Taz” Ahmed (she/her) and Álvaro Márquez (they/them). Both Taz and Álvaro will be discussing their artwork and how they redefine identity and politics in relation to immigration, war, empire, and the act of othering through orientalism.  Read more
