- Interview Preparation – Build confidence through mock interviews and guidance on how to answer common interview questions.
- Networking & Social Media Support – Learn how to create a strong LinkedIn profile, make professional connections, and navigate networking events.
- Employer Connections – Take advantage of career fairs and employer networking events to expand your network and increase your chances of landing the right job.

You don’t have to tackle your job or internship search alone. Meet with a Career Counselor for personalized career coaching or stop by for a drop-in session with a Peer Educator to receive quick feedback on your resume, interview techniques, or job search strategies.

The CSUN Career Center would like to remind you to be cautious of phishing scams, which often target students through email and text messages. The scams could appear genuine and often contain:
- Fake job opportunities with fraudulent checks
- Hacked CSUN emails
- Gift cards, money transfer, or personal data requests
How to protect yourself:
- Never deposit checks from unfamiliar sources.
- Be cautious about emails that instruct you to act hastily or disclose personal details.
- Don't open suspicious emails or download unknown attachments.
- Verify job offers from the CSUN Career Center if you are unsure.
If phishing scams have targeted you:
- Stop communicating with the sender immediately.
- Do not send money or personal details.
- Report immediately to abuse@csun.edu.
- 4Inform your bank if you provided financial information.
