WHAT:
The Student Recreation Center (SRC) of the University Student Union (USU) invites all SRC members to have fun under the sun at the “Poolside DJ Party”! Participants will enjoy fun pool activities, free food, live music, and a chance to win awesome prizes at this FREE event. This is one party you won’t want to miss!
WHO:
Ryan Hairapetian, SRC Aquatics Coordinator, is responsible for putting on this event.
WHEN:
Takes place on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
WHERE:
Located at the SRC Rec Pool deck.
WHY:
This event gives SRC members a place to take a break from your classes and cool down from the heat with free entertainment at the pool.
BACKGROUND:
The first 100 students who come to the event in their swimsuits will receive a FREE shake and wrap from Shake Smart. In addition, you and your friends can participate in volleyball and table tennis in the cool pool while enjoying live music. Students who attend will also have a chance to win a great prize such as an SRC workout towel, SRC sunglasses, and SRC Aquatics sunscreen keychains.
