eProcess+ Initiative
The Student Affairs eProcess+ Initiative Working Group was formed to accomplish the following:
- Support the strategic adoption of eProcess+ technologies across the division of Student Affairs to improve operations.
- Develop, document and share information and best practices.
- Establish a self-sustaining network of mutual support.
- Increase sustainability efforts.

- Working group will be chaired by the director of Student Affairs IT.
- Each department’s director will identify one representative to the working group.
- Each department representative will serve for a minimum of a one-year term, July 1 – June 30.
- Chair will solicit representative recommendations near the end of each one-year term.
- Working group may create ad-hoc subgroups as needed. Subgroups will generally be temporary and responsible for specific sets of deliverables.
- Student Affairs technology staff and campus experts will be consulted on an as-needed basis.
- Must be familiar with their department’s operations. Ideally, this individual is responsible for the department’s business processes.
- Must be able to speak with clarity on behalf of their department, e.g. department needs, status of current processes, desired future state, etc.
- Should have an interest in and enthusiasm for technology; ideally a volunteer.
- Attend working group meetings
- Actively participate in working group discussions
- Contribute to the email list serve
- Identify potential pilot projects for the working group
- When engaged in pilot projects, help establish objectives and timelines
- Share working group findings with department staff
