Schedule a Webinar
Need to run a large webinar or online event? Our Zoom webinar license for Student Affairs scales to 3,000 attendees! Up to 100 attendees may be granted either a co-host or panelist role, affording you a great deal of flexibility for your online event. Running a Zoom webinar is more complicated than an ordinary Zoom meeting, so there’s some additional planning involved.
All webinars REQUIRE
- Two-week lead time for scheduling.
- First-timer? We offer one-on-one training. Request training
- SAIT staff member to start and end your webinar as the official host.
- One primary co-host to serve as your presenter.
- One secondary co-host to serve as your support. Multiple secondary co-hosts are strongly recommended for larger webinars to manage chat, Q&A, polling, etc.
