Strawberry, Banana, Almond Milk Overnight Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 5 strawberries
How-to:
- Add mashed banana, almond milk and yogurt to a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
- Stir in oats and chia seeds. Divide evenly into two mason jars or other containers, then cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Once ready to serve, top each overnight oat serving with fresh cut banana and strawberry slices and chia seeds.
