Clearing Browser Cache

If you experience login errors, pages not loading correctly, or outdated content appearing, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issue.
Note: Menu names may vary slightly depending on your browser version
Quick keyboard:

Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux)

Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
Select:
-
Time range → All time
-
Check Cached images and files
-
Click Clear data
Menu Mouse path:
-
Click Menu (three dots) in the top-right.
-
Click Settings.
-
Select Privacy and security.
-
Click Clear browsing data.
-
Choose Time range (All time recommended).
-
Check Cached images and files.
-
Click Delete data.

Time range → All time

Check Cached images and files

Click Clear now

Select Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

Select Time range (All time recommended).

Check Cached images and files.
-
Click Clear now.

Check Cache

Click Clear

Select Privacy & Security.

Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Browsing Data.

Check Temporary cached files and pages.

Click Clear.
Option 1: Clear Cache Only

Open Safari.
-
Click Safari → Settings.
-
Select Advanced.
-
Check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
-
From the menu bar, click Develop → Empty Caches.
Option 2: Clear Cache + Cookies
-
Safari → Settings → Privacy.
-
Click Manage Website Data.
-
Click Remove All.
Option 3: Clear History
-
Click History in the menu bar.
-
Select Clear History.
-
Choose All History.
-
Click Clear History.

Google Chrome — Android
-
Open Chrome.
-
Tap Menu (three dots).
-
Tap Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.

Choose Time range (All time recommended).

Check Cached images and files.
-
Tap Clear data.
Safari — iPhone/iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

Open the Settings app.
-
Scroll down and tap Safari.
-
Tap Clear History and Website Data.

Confirm.
Mozilla Firefox — Android
-
Open Firefox.
-
Tap Menu (three dots).
-
Tap Settings → Delete browsing data.
-
Check Cache.
-
Tap Delete browsing data.
