Student tutors can help you with your coursework in philosophy. Whether you’re taking a course in formal logic, business ethics, or political philosophy, tutors are here to help. If you need to brush up on truth tables or you need advice on polishing your essay, tutors are here to help.

Find a tutor

You can find tutors in a variety of ways: in Sierra Tower 535 for walk-in appointments; on a student-run Discord; and over Zoom.

Walk-in

Come to Sierra Tower 535 during any of the following days and times to meet with a tutor:

  • Mondays 9:00am–1:00pm, 2:30pm–4:30pm
  • Tuesdays 11:00am–2:00pm
  • Wednesdays 9:00am–1:00pm, 2:30pm–4:30pm
  • Thursdays 11:00am–3:30pm

For times outside of these, send us an email or post a question on the Discord.

Discord

Join the student-run Discord for questions, advice, feedback, or to schedule one-on-one time with a tutor.

Zoom

To schedule a meeting in advance, find a tutor and book time to meet with them over Zoom or in person.
