Lights! Camera! Action! This dynamic class offers students the foundation for bringing their imagination to life using the art of film. Utilizing technology found on most smartphones, students will conceive, plan and create a short film in a group environment and create scripts and storyboards to execute their own ideas at home. Young filmmakers will learn the fundamentals of the movie making process and what goes into bringing a great story to life on the screen. Students will take on roles as actors, directors, and participants across the spectrum of bringing a movie from pre-production to screening it for an audience.
