Transcript Requests
To request a transcript, to be sent to your child's school from previous summers, please fill out this form. There is a $15 fee for certified, mailed transcripts and $10 for electronically submitted transcripts (to unique school addresses).
During the last week of summer school, an email will be sent to parents requesting transcript orders. Parents must fill out the order form and pay a $10 fee, and official transcripts can be mailed to the requested school.
