In this course, you will be provided with tips and resources about the college essay writing process in order to begin developing an engaging, professional college essay that will grab the admissions officer's attention and allow them to hear and be inspired by your story. We will discuss what college admissions officers are looking for in a college essay or personal statement and discuss tips for how to meet the word limit by diving into the importance of conveying particular and strategic meaning in writing. Finally, we will discuss how to write a concise, yet professional resume and cover letter and participate in mock interviews in order to get ahead in preparing for the post-college world.
