Here’s What You’ll Enjoy Today at CSUN Open House!
What to Do First:
Your day begins with the Welcome and Overview session (available in English and Spanish) at 9 a.m. for a rundown of all that CSUN has to offer — from academics to student life — and a quick review of how to make the most of your Open House visit. Then you’ll be guided to specific presentations based on your academic interests.

Academic College Presentations
10 to 10:50 a.m. | Various locations
Find out about majors within each college, meet faculty, staff and students, ask questions and learn what to expect as a Matador in your major — or a major you’re considering.
Some colleges and majors are offering additional activities. Visit the Academic Colleges Presentations page for details.
You’ll also find all the academic colleges at the Resource Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Campus Tours
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Matador Square 
Campus tours are offered every 10 minutes beginning at 10 a.m. They last approximately 30 minutes, and the last tour departs at 12:30 p.m. Campus tours are popular and fill quickly. If you’re unable to join a guided tour, we encourage you to download the free CSUN app and follow along on an enjoyable and informative self-guided tour.
Informational Presentations

Explore ways to maximize available financial aid, learn about student housing and find out about programs for first-generation students.
Resource Fair
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Sierra Quad
and University Library Lawn 
Meet representatives from the academic colleges, discover helpful resources, connect with cultural programs and organizations, explore student clubs, mingle with the Athletics Department and enjoy student performances.

University Library
8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. | CSUN University Library 
Drop by anytime to chat with library staff and check out popular library features, including the Learning Commons, Creative Maker Studio, Teacher Curriculum Center, Learning Resource Center, Music and Media Collection, and more. Scan the QR code in the lobby for self-guided tour narration and an audio transcript. The current Exhibit Gallery exhibition is "Words of War: Personal Experiences of Conflict."
Visit Popular Student Centers and Health and Wellness Facilities
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. | University Student Union 
Drop by the DREAM Center, Pride Center and Veterans Resource Center for an informal visit, explore the Student Recreation Center and check out the popular nap pods and more in the Oasis Wellness Center. Tours of the Oasis Wellness Center depart every 15 minutes. Tours of the Student Recreation Center and University Student Union depart every 30 minutes.
