Parking and Check-In

We look forward to meeting you at CSUN Open House!

Here’s what you need to know when you arrive.

Individual and Family Registration

Parking

We recommend parking in structure G3 . Be sure to print and display the parking permit you received in your registration confirmation and reminder emails on your dashboard so you don’t get a ticket.

Check-In

Once you’ve parked, follow the signs to a Welcome Tent to check in. If you preregistered for Open House, you will get a check-in email early Saturday morning. The QR code in the email will streamline your check-in process.

Group Registration

Groups Arriving by Bus

Buses should drop off and pick up in front of the Ralph Prator Fountain on Etiwanda Avenue (also known as West University Drive). Your bus driver may then park in lot F10 , located at the northeast corner of Lassen Street and Lindley Avenue. Do not enter the Transit Center on Darby Avenue and Vincennes Street. We recommend exchanging cell phone numbers with your driver to ensure prompt pickup.

Groups Arriving by Car

We recommend parking in structure G3 . Be sure to print and display the parking permit you received in your registration confirmation and reminder emails on your dashboard so you don’t get a ticket.

Group Check-In

If arriving by bus, group leaders should check their group in at the red tent next to the Ralph Prator Fountain . If arriving by car and parking in G3 , groups should check in at the Welcome Tent in front of the Student Recreation Center. (Only the group leader needs to check in on behalf of the group.) If you preregistered for Open House, you will get a check-in email early Saturday morning. The QR code in the email will streamline your check-in process. Remember to bring your completed group roster — we’ll ask for it at check-in.
