Virtual Exercise Program

During this time of COVID-19 closure, the Center of Achievement offers therapeutic exercise programs via Zoom video communication. You will be able to perform various exercises at home following real-time instructions on your computer or tablet screen.  Customized exercise sessions will specifically address your health and fitness concerns in a one-on-one session with an instructor or in a small group session. Children and Teen's Program

The Children’s Sports and Motor Skill Program will resume this fall in-person and outdoors starting in October. This program will provide individualized instruction of fundamental motor skills such as kicking, throwing, and jumping. These skills provide the foundation for participation in sport and physical activity programs. We are focusing on sports that are offered in our community with the hopes that your child can use these skills when they participate in community programs such as AYSO VIP Soccer and Basketball, Challenger Baseball, and Special Olympic programs. Join us for fun, active sessions, the program is offered on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, come one or two days.  Energetic CSUN students look forward to working with your child - Join the FUN!  Please contact the Center of Achievement for information on registration.
