Covid-19 Update for the Center of Achievement/Brown Center

We want you to know that the health and wellbeing of all is our top priority and we are closely monitoring the pandemic concerns. It is important that we prioritize the safety of our community members, faculty and staff, students, and visitors. That’s why we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and self-isolation in the midst of this ongoing health situation.

As you know, safety recommendations including those for our clients, their caregivers, students, faculty and staff have been changed in accordance to the CDC, our state and local governing agencies in addition to the protocols for Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs). We encourage you to stay safe and healthy. This includes practicing safe social distancing.

Unfortunately, there is no telling when things will be “back to normal” in any sense. This means operations will continue to be modified and limited during this time. The most important thing is to make sure that we are operating in a safe environment. Visit us on our website at www.csun.edu/center-of-achievement for updates on how we are managing safety. You can also view CSUN and LAC DPH COVID 19 websites for additional information. We’re available to answer your questions and respond to any concerns, though do keep in mind, the response time might be a little longer as we continue to get more information. We’re working diligently to adapt to new circumstances while planning for the future. We’re all in this together, learning together, and adapting together. Our clients have always been the heart of our center. We’re grateful to you, your ongoing support, and that you’re doing your part to keep everyone safe.

Sincerely

Center of Achievement/Brown Center
