This session is offered by CSU Chico, participating with Northridge in a Professional & Personal Development Cross Campus Collaboration program.

Description:

During this overview of implicit bias and its impact on the hiring process, you will be provided tools and strategies for ensuring that the best candidates apply and are hired for open positions. This highly interactive session will provide time for discussion and opportunities to practice implementing the strategies.

Workshop enrollees are encouraged to complete an online exercise in preparation for the workshop: Implicit Association Test (IAT)
