Accessible learning is like a box of crayons. There are many ways of learning, and all of them must be considered.

Learning about accessibility has changed my learning experience by expanding my knowledge about how design is impactful to all people and not just a few. From architectural accommodations to web legibility, the knowledge I've gained has helped me realize how I can create more clear messages to communicate clearly and how to build spaces everyone can access. Having this knowledge makes me a more informed designer to help aid the businesses and clients I work with in the future.

Using accessibility as a tool in my education has been a game-changer. When we adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students and faculty, education becomes more than information, it becomes an inclusive experience. Making learning accessible ensures that everyone can fully immerse themselves in the adventure that is higher education.

Digital accessibility completely changes everything. When files are labeled and organized, I can actually focus on learning and reaching my academic goals.

I have always enjoyed learning, however I would struggle with many aspects of schooling. Accessibility has removed a lot of those barriers. Accessibility, in the forms of assistive technology, such as text-to-speech functions and much more, has made my learning experience much more efficient, effective, and enjoyable.
