Introducing Work Schedule Change Form | Online Process

Dear Timekeepers and Approvers:

As part of the campus’ eProcess+ initiative, the Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce the introduction of the Work Schedule Change Form electronic process.

Available through the myNorthridge portal, and navigating to either the HR/Manager-Time&Attendance or the HR/Timekeeper Time&Attendance pagelet, users can select the “Work Schedule Change Form” link to submit changes to an employee’s schedule.

To assist users with using the Work Schedule Change Form, we’ve created two tutorial videos available through HR’s YouTube channel.

Work schedule changes were previously submitted through the Action Request Form (ARF). As such, there is a revised ARF we’d also like to introduce, which can be found here or in the A to Z Forms on the Human Resources website at Our goal is to transform all areas of the ARF to electronic processes in the near future.
