When you're up to your knees in textbooks and due dates, it may seem like there's little time for cooking. But eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated. To inspire CSUN students to ditch the drive-thru and step into their kitchens, we created these nutritious, easy-to-follow, and (yes!) delicious recipes. So head to your local grocery store or the CSUN Farmer's Market, pick up some ingredients, and start cooking!
