New CSUN Counts Landing Page
Same Great Data, New Look
A newly redesigned landing page for CSUN Counts will launch in January 2026, making finding and using campus data easier and more intuitive.
The new layout helps you quickly locate the data you need in the same familiar dashboards. Dashboards are now organized into categories based on common topics and questions—such as enrollment, student outcomes like graduation and retention, and course characteristics.
For CSUN Counts Power Users
Some changes may take some getting used to:
- Dashboards previously labeled “Standard” are now called Trends over Time.
- You can now find Build Your Own and Trends over Time (aka Standard) in the same menu.
- Not sure which category to use to get to a dashboard you’re seeking? We made a “Finding a Dashboard You Know” guide to point you in the right direction.
Two ways to access data:
- At-a-Glance cards provide ready-to-use data summaries.
- Fully Interactive dashboards allow you to filter and explore data in more detail.
New Features to Make It Easier Than Ever to Explore Data:
Graphic cards and short descriptions give you a preview of the data available
Fewer clicks from the landing page to a dashboard
- Click the category
- Click on the the dashboard name in the pop-up menu
