The 25-member Board of Trustees (BOT) adopts regulations and policies governing the entire CSU system. Board committees have authority over educational policy, finance, campus planning, and facilities, among other areas.
The BOT meets six times per year, and meetings are open and broadcast live to the public.
Remaining 2021 meetings will take place: May 17-19; July 13-14; September 14-15; and November 9-10, 2021
