This session is offered by San Francisco State University, participating with Northridge in a Professional & Personal Development Cross Campus Collaboration program.

Colleagues attending this session may hail from the Chancellor’s Office, Bakersfield, Channel Islands, Chico, East Bay, Fresno, Fullerton, Humboldt, Long Beach, Monterey Bay,  Pomona, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, San Marcos, Sonoma, and Stanislaus. 

Description:

Generational Diversity
For the first time in history there are four different generations in the workplace. Learn how to value the new ideas and embrace the change that each new generation brings. Content includes:


- Understanding generational diversity
- Breaking down generational stereotypes
- Strengthening work relationships
