Undergraduate students may apply to graduate for the spring, summer or fall terms.
- As soon as you complete 90 units including units in progress, you will receive an email from Undergraduate Degree Services that you are eligible to apply to graduate.
- Contact your academic advisor to review completed and incomplete degree requirements.
Fall 2023 Graduation Due Dates:*
- March 10, 2023 - Last day to apply for Fall 2023 graduation without a late fee. Applying after this date, whether online or on paper, will require a $10.00 late fee. Helpful: Online Graduation Application Guide
- Feb. 16, 2024 - Last day to submit documents and confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2023 graduation.
Note: You must complete the course work for any grades of Incomplete by the official last day of your graduating term (i.e., Dec. 22 for Fall 2023).
*The Office of Undergraduate Degree Services closes at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive by 3:45 p.m.
