Dr. Rafi Efrat 
Dr. Efrat is an alumnus of the College of Business & Economics at California State University, Northridge where he graduated with an Accounting degree Magna Cum Laude in 1989. After becoming a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois, Dr. Efrat obtained his law degree from the University of Southern California. He then practiced law for five years as an in-house counsel to a Los Angeles based financial institution specializing in insolvency law and commercial litigation. Dr. Efrat then became a Fellow for one year at Stanford University’s interdisciplinary program in international law. He subsequently obtained a masters in law degree (J.S.M.) and a doctor of science of law degree (J.S.D.) from Stanford Law School. Dr. Efrat joined California State University, Northridge in the fall of 1999.
