The Office of Information Technology (OIT), located in California State University, Northridge's David Nazarian College of Business and Economics (DNCBE), is a technology resource for the College.
Our office should be the first point of contact for any technology issues unless otherwise specified in this document. If the issue involves an area supported outside of our office, we will provide the appropriate contact information.
As of Monday, March 12th, DNCBE OIT moved to the Service Request/Case System used on campus. To request service, click here. A guide on how to complete the online service request form is available at http://www.csun.edu/~busoit/pdf/case_guide.pdf.

Work is normally handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the nature of the problem, some issues will take precedence over others.

- If someone is completely without use of computing equipment, they are raised to a higher priority.

SMART Classroom/Gateway Classroom Support:
To Report Problems: Any problems with classroom technology should be reported by either calling x1500 or submitting a Service Request.
Software Installations: Please consult with Vic Catalasan for software application installations. Allow several weeks for testing and installation. Not all applications will work in our restricted systems and this may require you to bring your own laptop.
