Summer Session 2014 Timeline

Tuesday, March 18-
Monday, March 24

Registration appointments available for CSUN matriculated students (those currently enrolled in a CSUN degree, credential or credit certificate program). Students access the SOLAR Student Center through the myNorthridge portal to self-appoint a time and date to register online.

Tuesday, March 25-
Tuesday, April 1

Online registration by appointment begins for CSUN matriculated students. CSUN matriculated students cannot register to repeat a course at this time. Students go to the SOLAR Student Center through the myNorthridge portal to register online

Wednesday, April 2

Registration open to all. No appointments necessary.
New users need to create an account and access the SOLAR Student Center through themyNorthridge portal portal to register online.

Wednesday, April 2

CSUN matriculated students are permitted to register for a repeated course

Friday, June 6

Registration ends for Summer Sessions One and Two.
Last day for students to make any changes to get a full refund.

Saturday, June 7

Add/drop permitted only with approval for Summer Sessions One and Two.
No refunds available.

Friday, July 18

Registration ends for Summer Session Three. Last day for students to make any changes to get a full refund.

Saturday, July 19

Add/drop permitted only with approval for Summer Session Three. No refunds available.

Payment Due Within Two Hours of Registration:  Tuition and campus fee payments will be due in full at the time of registration (managed by SOLAR's Demand Pay function). Any student registering but not paying will be dropped from the course after two hours to ensure that all possible open seats remain available to other registrants.
