Another quick reminder, please note that fall 2017 additional pay is due on December 22, 2017. All fall 2017 pre-authorization requests must be submitted by Friday. Please note, however, that the campus is closed on Friday. If you have any questions regarding the process or system, please contact your respective Sponsored Programs liaison, or me at x3498, by tomorrow, December 21st.

Winter 2018 Term Additional Pay Notice!!!
Winter 2018 Term is ready for use in Additional Pay system. Please note the following:
- AY Faculty can submit pre-authorization to work up to 15 days on a federal project and 3 days on a non-federal project.
- 12-month faculty can submit pre-authorization to work up to 5 days.
