Change in Procedure regarding Electronic P-Card Supporting Documentation

Dear Principal Investigators & Research Administrators:

As of July 1, 2017, The University Corporation will accept electronic receipts and supporting documentation for P-Card charges in lieu of the original paper documentation.

Submitted electronic documents must be:

• readable
• unaltered (except for redaction of sensitive information)
• in a supported file format (i.e. .pdf .jpg .png)

The supporting documentation should be sent directly via email to your liaison.

Please note that this change in procedure only applies to P-Card charges at this time.
