The CSUN Academic Affairs Fall Planning Task Force is charged with planning several possible contingencies for Fall semester. Our goal remains getting students back on campus as soon as it is safe. Recognizing the statewide criteria and local Public Health guidelines, it is likely that the transition back will require many difficult choices. The Academic Affairs Task Force will be instrumental in helping the campus through this period.
Appointed by Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Mary Beth Walker, members of the task force are representative of areas from across the university. The task force is chaired by Faculty President Michael Neubauer. The committee also includes Gabriel Gutiérrez (Chicano/a Studies), Theresa White (Africana Studies), Hamid Johari (Mechanical Engineering), Samira Khiantani (Communications Disorders), Pat Swenson (Liberal Studies), Amy Levin (Graduate Studies), Kandace Harris (Mike Curb College), Elizabeth Adams (Undergraduate Studies), and Diane Stephens (Academic Resources).
