Express Advisement Appointments
Express advisement appointments (same-day) are 10-minute appointments available Monday and Thursday for quick questions and reminders. The scheduled times are listed above. You will have the option to select an appointment with an International Student Advisor by phone, in-person, or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Sign-ups will begin at 8:30 AM (Pacific Time). Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not book more than one appointment slot per day. Appointments do book fast so you will want to plan ahead and go online early in the morning the day you want to meet with an advisor. If there are no appointments available on the day, the calendar will indicate "No times are currently available" and we encourage you to check back on the next available business day (Tuesday or Thursday) at 8:30am (Pacific Time). |

Advising appointments are 25-minute appointments available Tuesdays and Wednesday for topics such as: reinstatement of F1 status, change of status to F1, leave of absence, employment/practical training, legal problems, personal issues, and other. The scheduled times are listed above. You will have the option to select an appointment with an International Student Advisor by phone, in-person, or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Sign-ups will begin the Friday afternoon before the next scheduled week. Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not book more than one appointment slot per week. If there are no appointments available on the day, the calendar will indicate "No times are currently available" and we encourage you to check back on the next available scheduled week. |
