Appointments

You may call (818) 677-2366 or TTY (818) 677-7834 or stop by our office in Bayramian Hall suite 520 to make an appointment. Appointments are generally available within two weeks of your request. However, at times of peak demand the wait can be longer. If you wish to speak with a specific counselor, please use the above telephone number; you will then be transferred to the requested individual.

Emergencies

Although UCS generally operates on an appointment basis, there are occasions when a problem or crisis feels too overwhelming to wait for a scheduled appointment. Students in need of urgent psychological assistance are encouraged to call UCS at (818) 677-2366 or come to our office (520) on the 5th Floor of Bayramian Hall. Please let the receptionist know you would like to speak with a counselor as soon as possible. You will be asked to fill out paper work which will take approximately 15 minutes and most likely you will be able to speak with a counselor within an hour.
