Users have reported issues when trying to use IE10 with PeopleSoft applications: some buttons may not work or pages will show the "working" icon as spinning. To resolve the issues, IE must be in compatibility mode and not in native mode. Follow these steps to change your settings:
- Launch IE.
- Log in to the PeopleSoft application you're trying to use.
- From the address bar, select the broken page icon.
Note: You may have to repeat these steps for multiple pages within the application or if you clear your browser's cache.
Please note that PeopleSoft does officially support IE10 on applications running PeopleTools 8.51 and higher versions which covers CSUN applications.
